Please read all the conditions below carefully before you start using this platform — they form the legal basis of the agreement between you and bdok3.
1 Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the bdok3 platform ("Platform", "we", "bdok3") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing this website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform. bdok3 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the revised Terms.
Important: bdok3 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account identified will be suspended immediately.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on bdok3, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must register under your own name using your real information.
- Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
- The information you provide must be complete, current, and accurate.
- If any of your information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect that someone unauthorised has accessed your account, notify the bdok3 support team immediately.
bdok3 will never ask you for your password or full payment details. Any such request may be a fraudulent attempt.
2.3 Account Verification
bdok3 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-recognised document may be requested for verification. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on bdok3 is ৳300 (across all methods). Applicable payment methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
Deposited funds are added to your account quickly. If you encounter any issue, please contact the support team.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process on bdok3 is generally completed within 5–30 minutes. To withdraw:
- Account verification must be completed.
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Any applicable wagering conditions must be met.
- Funds will be transferred to your own account — not to a third party's account.
3.3 Transaction Restrictions
bdok3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or reject transactions in cases of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious financial transactions. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is confirmed.
Please note: If an account has no transactions for 90 days or more, it may be considered inactive and an applicable inactivity fee may be applied.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at bdok3, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳18,000 (bonus has reached the maximum limit)
This bonus is for new members only and applies once per member.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered. Once this requirement is met, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
There is a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement. If the requirement is not met within the time limit, the unused bonus will be cancelled and any winnings earned from the bonus will also be considered void.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- Cash cannot be claimed in exchange for a bonus.
- bdok3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
- If any fraudulent activity is proven, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
5 VIP Program & Cashback
Bronze Tier
Up to 0.3% cashback benefit per week. This tier is earned through regular membership.
Silver Tier
Up to 0.5% cashback benefit per week. You can move up from Bronze through consistent activity.
Gold Tier
Up to 0.8% cashback benefit per week. This is bdok3's highest VIP tier.
5.1 VIP Benefit Conditions
VIP tiers and cashback benefits are at bdok3's discretion. The platform reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or tier criteria of the VIP program at any time. Cashback is added directly to your account and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.
6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdok3:
- Using fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
- Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
- Unauthorised access to another member's account or any attempt to hack.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Threatening or harassing platform staff or other members.
- Participating in any collusive betting or match-fixing.
6.2 Consequences of Violations
In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, bdok3 reserves the right to take the following actions — without prior notice:
- Temporarily suspending or permanently closing the account.
- Forfeiting related bonuses and winnings.
- Holding the account balance until verification is complete.
- Reporting the incident to the relevant legal authorities.
7 Responsible Gaming
7.1 Our Commitment
bdok3 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never become a source of financial or mental stress.
Members can request deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion on their own accounts. Contact our support team for any such request.
7.2 Protection of Minors

9 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

bdok3 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disconnection, or other circumstances beyond our control. The platform provides services on an "as is" basis and there may be limitations in guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
bdok3 may temporarily suspend services, with or without prior notice, for maintenance or technical improvements. No compensation claim can be made against bdok3 in such circumstances.
9.2 Dispute Resolution Process
For any dispute or complaint, please contact the bdok3 support team first. Our team is available 24/7 via live chat and email ([email protected]) in both Bengali and English. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to senior management. During the dispute resolution period, the activity on the relevant account may be temporarily limited.
10 Amendments & Account Closure
10.1 Amendments to Terms
bdok3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after notice is given means you have accepted the revised Terms.
10.2 Closing Your Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before requesting account closure, please ensure there are no pending withdrawals and that all wagering requirements have been met.
In the event of a rule violation, bdok3 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice.
